    Please provide your logo as a .AI or .EPS file so we can ensure the highest quality when using your logo on promotional materials, the Changing Tides website, and in the Whova platform.

    This will be used as your banner image for your partner page in the Whova dashboard. This is optional. If you have a banner image sized at 700x210px you are welcome to upload that here. If you do not have one, we will create one for you using the logo you provide with this form.
